Meet the Orthodontist
At the Orthodontic Practice of M.A. Faris, I take great pride in our team's effort to make our patients' orthodontic experience a pleasant one. I like to include my patients as a very important part of that team and include their lives and activities in our treatment appointments.
I graduated from Miami University of Ohio with a bachelor of science degree before enrolling at the Ohio State University College of Dentistry and receiving my DDS. After serving one year in an Army dental internship and two years of active duty, I enrolled in Ohio State University's Orthodontic Program, earning my masters degree in orthodontics.
I am involved in numerous industry associations to keep up to date on the latest technology and techniques. I am a member of the American Association of Orthodontists, the Great Lakes Orthodontic Society, local dental societies, and study clubs.
I am a resident of the Cincinnati area and live there with my wife and family. We are active members of the Westwood United Methodist Church and enjoy outdoor activities such as golfing, skiing, fishing, and boating.
